• Do not scrape, mirror, or republish data fetched from Steam, IGDB, or IsThereAnyDeal in violation of those services' terms.
• Do not abuse rate limits, automate bulk imports, or otherwise interfere with service operation.
• Do not use Gamenext to distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Third-party data

Gamenext displays data sourced from Steam, IGDB, and IsThereAnyDeal. Those services may change, become unavailable, or update their data at any time, and Gamenext cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data they provide.

No warranty

Gamenext is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamenext and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
